Have support.

Get consistent.

Feel awesome.

does life always seem to pull you away from

your fitness game plan?

Hey, I’m Rebecca

I help fitness misfits with busy lives find both structure and flexibility so they can show up consistently without sacrificing what’s important in life.

Exercise is often at the bottom of a very long list of “to-dos”.

Life is crazy, and there’s a lot on your plate.

No matter how much you try to prioritize it… inevitably, something else comes up and poof - your workout plan has vanished.

You really want that “me” time and you know it’ll make you feel better. So why can’t you seem to make it happen?!

Boy, have I been there!

I had an on-again-off-again relationship with fitness for a long, long time.

I struggled with staying consistent and it seemed no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t get my shit together! Especially not day after day, week after week.

I craved structure and routine yet my mind was resisting it and life always seemed to get in the way and derail any progress I had made.

Turns out: the fitness mainstream did me dirty.

It just doesn’t work. Not for me, and maybe not for you either??

I offer you this instead:

  • Can we admit that the high intensity, high energy, long-ass workouts don’t work for us?? Can we be OK with doing a 15-30 minute workout and not feel guilty or shamed for not doing “enough”? No more burnout culture.

  • Can we NOT focus on “crushing it” or “scorching our abs” and instead find movement that helps us feel better (and not be sore as hell the next day)

  • Can we ditch the highly complicated, heavily choreographed and super fast-paced routines but still have fun as though we’re in a group exercise class together?

  • Can we stop the judgements and comparisons and instead build each other up and support one another so we can more easily reach our consistency goals?

  • Can we stop with the “all or nothing” mentality, and instead find realistic, sustainable goals that will actually stick?

I could go on, but you get the idea.

I want us to have fun moving together, to be in community, to find consistency, and to FEEL OUR BEST.

  • "Rebecca's classes are always so fun, yet still relaxing and purposeful. She always provides variations, which has helped me through varying ability levels. Rebecca provides a great atmosphere with zero judgement. I highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking for something fun, fresh, and pressure free."

  • "Rebecca incorporates some new and some familiar moves in every class and always provides variations. Regardless of your ability level, she will provide you with options to make your workout more challenging or more restorative based on your needs, and will encourage you to listen to your body. If you're looking for a group class that feels individualized, look no further. My week doesn't feel complete if I don't make it to at least one of her classes"

  • "Rebecca taught the first yoga class I ever attended, and I don't think you could find a more welcoming and inviting instructor! She explained poses so I knew what I to do, she always offers variations on poses for all skill levels, and just generally makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been hooked since I started, and I look forward to her classes every week."
